The Park Modern, BUILDs new home

We’ve made the move, the BUILD world headquarters has a new home! The Park Modern is a mixed use building of 10 condominiums, 2 town homes, and 3 commercial spaces in Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood. The building will also include the PACHI hair salon and a great little café. As the architects and builders of the Park Modern it was also our first venture into the development world. The residential condominiums are now on the market and can be viewed on the sales website. Thanks to Chase Jarvis for his skilled photographer’s eye and the photo above. Our new data is:
